TrakSYS™

In the development of TrakSYS ™, Parsec software for performance management and decision support, the objective was not the creation of a new component or the replacement of some existing component infrastructure. The primary objective was to make available real-time information, accurate and usable by decision makers - a significant increase in productivity - by exploiting the assets, resources and existing infrastructure. The reasons for this were very clear goal: to improve the production quickly, economically and measurably.

TrakSYS makes it possible to gather data from different sources - using standard protocols - without having to change systems that generate the data. This is crucial because TrakSYS becomes both the data manager, the tool for defining business rules, user configurable, and analysis tools that are essential for providing real time information necessary to make decisions effectively. Unlike traditional business intelligence solutions, in this case the goal is not the post-mortem analysis, but the ability to make the best decisions in a proactive and preventive way.

LITETrak™ 

LITETrak ™ is a special version of TrakSYS ™, the platform of "operation management" of Parsec, designed to be installed quickly and without programming, infrastructure changes or interruptions in production. Through the web interface, LITETrak ™ allows you to collect information about stops and production data in real time, providing dozens of metrics and reports that highlight the opportunities in an orderly manner for a measurable improvement of production processes. The availability of critical information accessible through dashborads, enhances collaboration and the ability to make decisions in a pro-active, making a reality the possibility of improving the productive activities.
