Business Care was created with the aim of supporting customers during the entire life of the systems installed, and a complete range of services, which includes not only technical support activities, but also maintenance and consulting. A complete program, developed primarily to help company to maximize performance, efficiency and reliability, to prevent future problems and therefore to protect the entire business!

The fundamental point of the program is its attention to customer, to ensure a timely response both in the presence of a technique emergency, which in case of consulting needs in the management of the plant to fully understand the dynamics. This allows managers to always make the correct decisions.

REMOTE TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Using the most modern technologies and infrastructure dedicated to deliver the most services remotely, minimizing the waiting time and related costs.

  • Support production management and operating procedures.

Abnormal situations occur every day in production. Operators are not always able to correctly interpret and make decisions based on complete information. By supporting remotely our technicians can verify the status of the plant and suggest correct actions for its management.

  • Anomaly management.

Every system, even if tested and automated using the best technologies, is subject to the emergence of anomalies. These have an impact on the continuity of operation, on the ability to respect production schedules, on the product quality and much more. Through the support offered by Business Care, abnormal situations are managed and resolved as quickly as possible, minimizing the impact on all aspects of the production organization and reducing most of wastes and losses.

ON-SITE TECHNICAL SUPPORT

If remotely action cannot be decisive, the Business Care service provides a priority intervention also on-site to diagnose and solve any hardware, software or communication problem as quickly.

MAINTENANCE

  • Identification of abnormal conditions and support to maintenance team in making diagnoses and interventions.

  • Modifying conditions of conduct or management of the system aimed to execution of maintenance activities.

MANAGEMENT PARTICULAR CASES

  • Assistance to operators in the management of abnormal situations occurring in the management of plant.

  • Support at diagnosis of the state-run and suggestions of actions to take or unlock of deadlocks.

  • Training on the job on demand to cover, through individual and on time consulting, all those cases uncovered by the standard training in management of the plant.

REPORTING

  • Control and adjustment of reports if needed or errors that happen against unforeseen situations.

  • Control and adjustment of the data in case of errors in the collection and processing of information with relapse on:

    • consistency of information

    • improved decision making

    • availability of information in case of unplanned demands

  • Support at the interpretation of information by accessing and analysis of original data collected and of processing algorithms.
