The need
A range of coordination software and architecture, variations in data collection, the need to organize information and assess machine productivity. Such an important Group necessitates a single application to keep everything under control and running smoothly at all times.
The Solution
MES Lite is the solution for standardizing metrics, monitoring machine data and making the data available on corporate dashboards. While the data allows operators to understand how the line is performing compared to targets, real-time alerts help them identify and resolve any production issues, with the ability —via the tablet app—to remotely confirm the next actions to be undertaken in the plant. The solution has now been installed in 29 Carlsberg plants.
